I am looking to sublease an office space starting in Nov. The exact date can be negotiated. The office is located at 205 SE Davis Ave on the main floor. Office is 144 sq. ft. Rent is $790/mo and includes utilities, internet, etc. The office is used on Tuesdays and Wednesdays by another therapist so the rent will be split by both/all subletters.
