Upcoming Groups, somatic and relational
Registration is open for a couple of offerings in person in Bend that may be helpful in supporting your clients in their work with you. Details on each is below….let me know if you have any questions or if you are curious about a fit for one of your clients.
Tending is a 6 week series (that will be ongoing). This is my most therapeutic offering, combining my work as an attachment-focused psychotherapist with my work as a somatic/movement facilitator. There will be an emphasis on tending our hearts, souls, and spirit as a group….using mindfulness, movement, Gestalt practices, and partner practice. This will be a great opportunity to practice being in relationship, giving/receiving support, and in learning to be more somatically aware. This will happen on Thursday mornings starting January 11.
Embodied is being offered for a fourth time. This is a 5 week series gently supporting participants to learn to listen to and tune into their bodies. We start slow and the group stays together for the series, so it’s an easy way to ease into movement and embodied awareness. This will start January 18 and take place on Thursday evenings.
Finally, I continue to offer opportunities to move and dance on Wednesday evenings and Sunday mornings. I facilitate each and have emotional, somatic, and awareness cues that I drop into my teachings to support folks to try on some new ways of listening, being, and moving. Once again, these are great for practicing being in community, following/trusting the body, dropping down from the mind, playing, and connecting with self, other, and spirit.

I’d love if you could spread the word….thank you!
