Remembering Jocelyn Barrett
Some of you may have met Jocelyn. Her passing is a tremendous loss to the greater EMDR Community. Robbie Dunton posted this remembrance:
The passing of our beloved Jocelyn Barrett has taken the EMDR community by surprise and we mourn her loss.
Jocelyn has left an indelible mark on countless clients that she aided over her 3O-plus years in private
practice and as a supportive mentor, both as a EMDR facilitator and consultant for tho EMDR Institute. In addition. she
was a dedicated member of the EMDRIA Standards and training Committee and Conference Committee.
She was a dear friend, loving mother and grandmother, compassionate clinician and had a passion for
kayaking that made her the darling of the Deerfield River rapids.
