We have office space available in a 7 office suite shared with established mental health therapists. We are located at 1011 SW Emkay Drive Suite 101, near the OSU Cascades Campus in the Colorado Terrace office building. The individual offices share a lobby, break room/ kitchenette, and bathroom. There is new carpet and HVAC. We are looking for health related professionals who want to share our space.

Office 1 is a corner office, 211 sq feet, has 3 large windows with louver blinds and is $1,150/mo.

Office 2 is 192 sq feet and has one large window. It is $1,100/mo.

Office 3 is a furnished office center office around 175 sq. feet $200/day/mo

Rent includes all utilities including internet, bathroom supplies, and hot water, tea and cocoa in the lobby. The attached pictures show the two empty offices, the middle furnished shared office, the shared kitchen and lobby.
