Hello! I am an EMDRIA Approved Consultant with a specialization in integrating EMDR and Internal Family Systems therapy. I also provide ketamine assisted psychotherapy and reiki. I lead EMDR intensive sessions and retreats, which can include KAP if desired.

My favorite population to work with is women who identify as highly sensitive persons. I regularly lead a boundaries-focused empowerment group for HSP women, drawing from an online course that I developed on the topic of boundaries.
